This website provides information about solar projects in development. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or any other financial instrument, and it is not investment advice. Figures labelled “modelled” are estimates from simulation software (PVsyst, PVGIS) under stated assumptions and are not guarantees of production, revenue or value. Forward-looking statements, including development steps and timings, are intentions and may change. The documents in the data room, provided under NDA, prevail over this website.

Photomontages and illustrations marked “AI” are artistic impressions created with AI image generation from drone photos. They are not design renders and do not show the final layout, density or equipment.

Privacy

The public pages of this website use no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our web server may keep technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to handle your request. The controller is HAT Solutions d.o.o.; you can ask us about, correct or delete your data at investors@perun.energy, and you may complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).

Interactive maps load map data from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) and terrain from AWS Open Data (s3.amazonaws.com). Your browser connects to these services directly when a map is shown, which reveals your IP address to them; no cookies are set.

Investor area: when you sign in, we record the email address you enter, whether you used the shared password or a personal access code, the time, your IP address with the approximate location and network derived from it, your browser and device details (such as browser version, operating system, screen size, time zone and language), how long you spend on each section of the investor area, which of its links you open, and which documents you download from its data room. If we give you personal access, we also keep your email address, organisation, NDA date, level of access and any end date; the access code itself is stored only as a keyed hash. Questions you send in the investor area are kept with your email address and our answers, and we may share a question and its answer with all investors, reworded without your name or organisation. We use these records to control access to information shared under the NDA, to answer your questions and to understand which information investors use. The investor area runs on Cloudflare, which processes the records on our behalf and stores them in the European Union. We keep them for 24 months, personal access records for 24 months after the access ends, and shared answers without your details. Your session is kept only for the current browser tab, and no cookies are set.
