> Perun Energy is a portfolio of two utility-scale solar PV projects in the Municipality of Nikšić, Montenegro — Jabuka MMK and Počekovići MMK — with 574.8 MWp DC / 510.3 MWac and urban-technical conditions (UTU) issued by the Government of Montenegro in 2025.

- Location: the western Nikšić highlands; the two sites are about 18 km apart, near the Vilusi grid node.
- Status: development stage. UTU issued; land leased (30 years from the building permit); grid connection application to CGES and environmental impact assessment are next.

- November 2024: Preliminary PVsyst simulation. The preliminary PVsyst simulation (November 2024) models about 730 GWh a year for both projects.
- 15 May 2025: UTU issued for Jabuka MMK. The Government of Montenegro issues the urban-technical conditions for 325.4 MWp DC / 293.3 MWac.
- August 2025: Drone survey of both sites. Aerial video, panoramas and stills of Jabuka and Počekovići, 27–30 August 2025.
- 4 September 2025: UTU issued for Počekovići MMK. The Government of Montenegro issues the urban-technical conditions for 249.5 MWp DC / 217.0 MWac.
- 3 November 2026: perun.energy goes live. One public home for both projects, with facts, maps and machine-readable data.
- 4 November 2026: Investor data room opens. Investors under NDA download the planning conclusions, energy models, site files and drone imagery.
